The short version. Topside Trader is an independent app for ARC Raiders players, made by ELU LABS, LLC ("we", "us"). Tracking your own collection needs no account and stays on your phone. Sign in and your collection syncs so other Raiders can match with you — they see your spares and wishlist, never the rest. Your Seed balance never leaves your device, and your Embark ID reaches another player only after you both accept a trade. We don't sell your data, run ads, or track you across other apps.
What we store
Account. When you sign in with Apple we receive a stable identifier for you, and your name only if you choose to share it. Apple does not give us your real email address unless you allow it. Raider profile. Your display name, ARC Raiders / Embark ID, optional Discord username, and platform. You provide these after signing in, because trading needs a way for the other player to find you in game. Your collection. Which blueprints you have learned, how many spare copies you hold, and which blueprints you want. Trades. Proposals you send and receive, what was offered, whether it was accepted or declined, and how many trades you have completed. Activity. When you last used the app and when you last confirmed your listing, so other Raiders can judge whether your spares are current.
What never leaves your device
Your Seed balance is stored only on your phone. It is never uploaded, never shown to anyone else, and exists purely so the app can warn you if an offer is larger than the amount you recorded. Exact Seed amounts reach another player only inside a specific trade proposal you send. If you use the app without signing in, your entire collection stays on your device.
What other Raiders can see
Signed-in Raiders can see your display name, platform, completed trade count, roughly how recently you were active, whether you accept Seed offers, the spare blueprints you have listed, and the blueprints on your wishlist. They cannot see the rest of your collection, your Seed balance, your trade history with other people, or your contact details.
Contact details
Your Embark ID and Discord username are released to one other Raider only after you and they have both accepted a trade together. They are never visible from browsing, searching, or matching.
Who else processes your data
Supabase hosts our database and handles sign-in on our behalf. Apple provides Sign in with Apple and processes any subscription purchase; we never see your payment details.
Analytics
We record which features are used — for example that a trade was proposed — to understand how the app is working. These events are not attached to the contents of your collection and are not used for advertising or shared with data brokers.
Notifications
Match and trade notifications are generated on your device. You can turn them off at any time in iOS Settings.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data while your account exists. Delete it at any time in Profile › Settings › Manage Account › Delete Account, which removes your profile, your synced collection and your trades. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You can also clear the copy on your device without deleting your account.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. The in-app delete covers most of this immediately; for anything else, contact us.
Children
Topside Trader is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be surfaced in the app before they take effect.
