The short version. Topside Trader, made by ELU LABS, LLC ("we", "us"), helps ARC Raiders players find each other and agree a blueprint trade. The trade itself happens in game between the two of you — we're not a party to it, we hold nothing, and we never say what anything is worth. Using the app means agreeing to what follows.
What Topside Trader is
It helps you track which blueprints you have learned, record spare copies, note the blueprints you still want, and find other players holding what you need.
Not affiliated with Embark Studios
This is an independent, unofficial companion app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Embark Studios, and it is not part of ARC Raiders. All game names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old. If your country sets a higher age for consenting to online services, you must meet that age instead.
Your account
Browsing and tracking your own collection work without an account. Signing in with Apple is required to appear in other Raiders' matches and to trade. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity that happens under it.
Trades happen inside ARC Raiders
Topside Trader is a place to find a counterparty and agree what to exchange. The exchange itself happens between the two of you inside the game. We are not a party to your trade. We do not hold, escrow, verify, insure, or guarantee anything, and we cannot recover items if a trade goes wrong. Whether a proposed exchange is fair is entirely for the two Raiders to decide — the app never assigns a value to a blueprint or to Seeds.
In-game items have no monetary value
Blueprints and Seeds are in-game items. They have no cash value, and the app provides no way to buy them, sell them for money, convert them to currency, or exchange them for anything outside ARC Raiders. Using Topside Trader to arrange real-money transactions is not permitted and may also breach the game's own rules.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate another player, advertise spares you do not hold, harass or abuse anyone, scrape or overload the service, or attempt to access data belonging to other Raiders. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
Topside Pro
Pro is an optional subscription that adds instant match alerts, the full match list, filters and analytics. Collection tracking, listing spares, wishlists, appearing in matches, and proposing, accepting and completing trades are free and will remain so. Purchases are billed by Apple to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Availability and changes
The app is offered as-is and may change, break, or become unavailable. Blueprint data is compiled from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date; do not rely on it as authoritative.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost items, failed or one-sided trades, the conduct of other players, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Profile › Settings › Manage Account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced in the app before they take effect, and continuing to use it means accepting the new version.
