Questward Support
A daily quest log you can actually finish.
Something not working, or an idea for what it should do? Email hello@elulabs.com and you’ll hear back within two business days. Mentioning your iPhone model and iOS version helps.
How a day works
Each morning Questward proposes a quest log built from the rhythms you set up: one Main Quest that carries the day, plus a handful of side quests. You can remove anything, reorder it, swap which quest is the Main Quest, or add your own — then tap Begin Day. Completing a quest earns XP for its Life Path and for your character.
Why is my day “complete” at 4 of 6?
That’s deliberate, and it’s the most important idea in the app. A day counts at roughly seventy percent rather than a hundred, and the Main Quest is weighted more heavily than a side quest — so finishing the thing that mattered gets you most of the way there. Bonus quests add XP without adding anything you have to do.
A list you never empty just teaches you that you failed. A threshold you can cross teaches you that you showed up.
I don’t have it in me today
Use Adjust Today’s Difficulty and pick a Light or Recovery Day. Recovery shrinks what today asks of you and lowers the threshold to match. Quests you’ve already finished stay finished, nothing is erased, and a Recovery Day still counts toward your streak.
Life Paths and levels
Life Paths are the parts of your character you’re developing — Creator, Athlete, Relationships, Mind, and so on. Every quest belongs to one, so completing it invests in something rather than just clearing a row.
Paths level faster than your character does, and they are meant to diverge: a high Athlete beside a low Mind is the system working, not a problem to fix. When a path goes quiet for a few days, the Paths tab says so and offers to add a quest for it.
Recurring quests
A quest can repeat daily, on fixed days, weekly, or a number of times per week. “Three times a week” deliberately does not pin itself to particular days — it stays a candidate, and Questward raises its priority as the week runs out and you’re still short. Everything reusable lives in your Quest Library.
Is my data anywhere else?
No. Questward has no account and makes no network requests — it works the same in airplane mode. Everything lives on your iPhone, and deleting the app removes all of it. The privacy policy has the detail.
The flip side is worth knowing: there is no cloud sync and no account to restore from. If your iPhone data is included in your own iCloud or computer backup, your Questward history travels with it.
Notifications
All reminders are off until you turn them on, and there are only three: a morning reminder that your quest log is ready, an optional Main Quest nudge, and an evening reminder if the day isn’t closed. Each can be switched off on its own in Settings.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Questward is free, with no subscription, no in-app purchases and no ads.
