The short version. PinScore is yours to use on your own devices. Three complete games are included; one payment of $4.99 unlocks the rest, once, forever. It keeps score — it does not settle arguments, and we cannot promise it will never be wrong.
Your licence
ELU LABS, LLC grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use PinScore on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store Terms of Service. You may not resell it, rent it out, or take it apart and ship the pieces as your own.
The purchase
PinScore includes three complete games at no charge. After that, a single non-consumable purchase unlocks unlimited games permanently. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.
The purchase is tied to your Apple Account, so it carries to your other devices and can be restored with Restore Purchases. Games you already saved stay readable whether or not you buy.
Apple handles all payments and refunds. If you want a refund, request it from Apple — we cannot issue one on Apple’s behalf, though we would like to hear what went wrong.
Scoring is yours to check
PinScore follows the standard published Pinochle conventions and lets you change the rules to match your group. It is a score pad that adds up, not a referee. Check the numbers if a game matters, and correct any hand yourself — the app is built so you can. We are not responsible for a disputed hand, a mis-typed number, or the outcome of anybody’s card night.
Your data
Your games live on your device and nowhere else. Deleting the app deletes them, and there is no copy for us to restore. If a score sheet matters to you, take a photograph of it. See the privacy policy.
Warranty and liability
PinScore is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. ELU LABS, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for PinScore. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Support requests should come to us at hello@elulabs.com.
Changes and contact
