GateClaim, by ELU LABS, LLC · Last updated 13 September 2026

The short version. GateClaim collects nothing. There is no account, no sign-in, and no analytics. Your trips, photographs, claims and receipts are stored on your iPhone and never sent anywhere — the app has no server to send them to. The only thing that leaves your phone is a claim PDF you choose to share yourself.

What stays on your iPhone

Your trips. Flight details, routes and dates you enter.

Your photographs. Check-in photos of your bag and tag, incident photos, and receipts, with the time each was taken.

Your claims. Report references, incident descriptions, itemised expenses and amounts, and the contact details printed on your claim packet.

All of it lives in the app’s own storage on the device. Settings › Delete all data removes it permanently, and so does deleting the app. Nothing is backed up to us, because there is no us to back it up to.

What we collect

Nothing. GateClaim contains no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs of any kind. It does not track you and does not use the advertising identifier. It makes no network requests except the one Apple makes on its own to handle a purchase.

Permissions

Camera — to photograph your bag, tag, damage and receipts. Photos are saved only in the app.

Photos — to import pictures you pick. GateClaim cannot see anything you do not select.

Notifications — to remind you before a filing deadline. Reminders are scheduled on the device; no server is involved.

All three are optional. The app works without them.

The PDF you export

When you export a claim packet, GateClaim hands the PDF to the iOS share sheet. Whether you email it, save it to Files or AirDrop it is your choice, and we have no visibility into where it goes.

Purchases

The one-time unlock is sold by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles the payment and tells the app only whether the purchase exists. We never see your name, your payment details, or your Apple Account. Apple’s own privacy policy covers what Apple does with that transaction.

Restoring a purchase asks Apple the same question again. It sends us nothing.

Children

GateClaim is rated 4+ and gathers no personal information from anybody, of any age.

Changes

If a future version of GateClaim ever collects anything, this page will say so before that version ships, and the app will ask first. If that never happens, this page will keep saying what it says now.
