GateClaim Support
Check-in bag proof and a claim packet the airline can act on.
Something not working, a deadline that looks wrong, or a claim situation GateClaim does not cover? Email hello@elulabs.com and you’ll hear back within two business days. Please don’t send your claim PDF or photos unless we ask — a description of the screen is usually enough.
My bag has just gone missing or arrived damaged
Open GateClaim and tap My bag has a problem. Choose what happened and follow the steps in order — most importantly, file a report at the baggage desk before you leave the arrivals hall, and write down the reference number they give you.
Why does my delayed bag say “Pending”?
For international itineraries, the 21-day written complaint period for delayed baggage generally starts when the bag is returned to you, not when it should have arrived. Until you record the return date, GateClaim deliberately shows no deadline. When the bag comes back, open the claim, turn on “The bag has come back”, and enter the date.
Every deadline GateClaim shows is guidance, not legal advice — confirm the limits with your airline.
The claim says an expense has no receipt
The review screen checks your packet before export. An expense without a receipt still exports — it appears as “Not attached” in the schedule — but the airline is more likely to pay a line it can see proof for. Open the expense and add a photo or a PDF of the receipt.
Previewing and the unlock
Building a claim and reading the whole packet are free. The preview carries a PREVIEW watermark. Exporting the clean PDF is a one-time $4.99 purchase, and every future claim export is included. There is no subscription.
Restoring a purchase
New iPhone, or the unlock is not showing? Open Settings inside GateClaim and tap Restore Purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
Where my claims are kept
On your iPhone, and nowhere else. GateClaim has no account and no server, so deleting the app deletes your trips and photos for good. Export or save anything important first — see the privacy policy.
Sending the claim
GateClaim does not submit anything to the airline. Export the PDF, then attach it to the airline’s baggage claim form or email, using the report reference printed on the first page.
